Return and refund policy

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or hygiene items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your item directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay. If you still have not received your refund after this, please contact us at support@onhive-store.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@onhive-store.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be applied to that person.

Shipping Returns

To return an item, please let us know via email at support@onhive-store.com.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your country of residence. If you are returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
